Terms of Service | Cynith

1. Acceptance

By registering, accessing, or using Cynith ("the Platform", "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access or use our services.

2. Description of Service

Cynith provides an AI-powered social media automation, content scheduling, and analytics suite. We allow users to generate post captions, schedule text/media updates, analyze social media metrics, and track competitor platforms. We communicate with external social platforms using official developer APIs.

3. Account Registration

To use Cynith, you must be invited via our early access waitlist, complete the onboarding setup, and register a secure password. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and are liable for all actions occurring under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to publish content that:

Violates local laws in India or international copyrights.
Spams, harasses, or distributes malicious code.
Contains hate speech, graphic violence, or sexually explicit material.
Circumvents social platform developer guidelines or triggers automated bot locks on social networks.

5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Cynith relies on third-party artificial intelligence engines and local LLMs to generate text, plan calendars, and create images. You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and approving all AI-generated content before it is published to your connected social channels. Cynith is not liable for errors, factual inaccuracies, copyright violations, or brand damage arising from automatic or human-approved publishing of AI content.

6. Payment & Credits

We charge monthly subscriptions (tiered into FREE, GROWTH, and PRO plans) and sell supplementary credit packs for AI generation. Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. All fees are in Indian Rupees (INR). Subscription plans allocate recurring monthly credits, which expire at the end of each period.

7. Cancellation & Refunds

You can cancel your subscription plan at any time from your Billing Settings. Active plans will remain valid until the end of the paid period. Since credits are consumed transactionally, Cynith does not offer refunds for partially used subscription cycles or expired credits.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cynith and its founders shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, or user data resulting from your use of the Platform or API communication outages with external social media networks.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of India, under the jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana, without regard to conflict of law rules.
